• Well, una walang dating yung performance kahapon.
MEH.
• Binira niyo production ng BINI last time, anyare sa stage at setlist niyo?
The truth is when people get too high on themselves, arrogance takes over and they look down on others, all while playing the victim. In the end, karma works—those they belittled are the ones who ultimately rise, succeed, and overflow with blessings. And that is BINI KARMA🫵
"Good luck nalang sa baka langawin na crowd nyo sa open field ng Summer Sonic."
The thing is Blooms never expected the huge #BINICHELLA turnout. And it would be the same in SS. No self-proclamation. No high expectations. Why? That's BINI's 1st global stage. We never claim to be globally relevant and prominent. BINI still has a long way. Making a dent in Coachella, however, is a good start. It's not black and white, be-all, end-all. It's not overnight. If you tone down expectations, little to no crowd is no problem, especially in Japan where BINI will perform for the first time ever. BINI had no single events in Japan. No official fandom. No guestings and promotions. No fan meets. Nada. So why would we expect more? And that's the beauty of it, if BINI gets a huge turnout after all. If not, then so what? Festivals are for introduction, regardless of the crowd. Getting one is a huge already. Like how BINI started with 1, 8, 63 and now millions Blooms in PH. We started from the ground up. From scratch. So that will not be a drag. Will never be.
With that being said, let's all support BINI in Summer Sonic. Let's go!

.@SB19Official Makes History as First All-Filipino Act at Lollapalooza
On a warm Thursday afternoon in Grant Park, five guys from the Philippines walked onto the Allianz Stage at Lollapalooza and quietly rewrote the record books. Pablo, Josh, Stell, Ken, and Justin, better known as SB19, became the first fully Filipino, homegrown act to ever perform at the legendary festival.
For a group that started as trainees, standing on that stage in front of a mixed international crowd was more than a booking. It was proof that P-pop could claim space on one of the world’s biggest music platforms without diluting who they are.
Fans lined up early. Philippine flags waved in the Chicago summer air. People who had never heard a single SB19 song stood shoulder to shoulder with A’TIN who had been waiting years for this exact moment.
Back home, it was the middle of the night. Watch parties stretched across Manila, Cebu, Davao, and beyond. The Rizal Monument glowed blue in their honor. For a lot of Filipinos, it wasn’t just about five performers on a foreign stage. It was about watching this group bring Filipino music to take up space on the massive global stage.
What made the set land so hard was how human it felt. SB19 has always been good at turning struggle into momentum, those early years of uncertainty, the decision to go independent, the build of a global fanbase that refused to stay quiet.
SB19’s appearance fits into a larger trajectory. The self-managed group, often called the “Kings of P-pop,” has steadily expanded its international presence with original material, high-energy choreography, and songs that speak to Filipino experiences—most notably the dance-pop track “VISA,” which addresses barriers faced by Filipino artists and professionals seeking opportunities abroad or just want to travel overseas for tourism. Their Lollapalooza set served as both a celebration of that hard-won progress and a bold introduction of P-pop to a massive, diverse festival audience.
They didn’t need to change their sound or soften their identity to fit the festival. They brought the sharp choreography, the live vocals, the attitude, and the pride. In a lineup stacked with global names, they carved out their own corner and made it feel inevitable.
Moments like this matter because they expand what’s possible. The next Filipino group that dreams of a major international festival stage will have a clearer path. The next kid practicing choreography in a small room will have living proof that the distance between home and Grant Park can be closed.
SB19 didn’t just perform at Lollapalooza. They arrived on their own terms, carrying our Philippine flag with them and left the stage wider than they found it.
History, it turns out, can sound like five voices cutting through a Chicago afternoon, singing in a language the world is finally learning to hear.

Keep your negativity out of our space. what sb19 & bini are doing is bigger than your petty fan wars. like sabi ni jho, dadalhin nila ppop to the world stage. and that includes any group representing the 🇵🇭 flag
BEHAVE BLOOMS!?
We do not tolerate or condone rage-baiting, starting fan wars, provoking others or showing disrespect.
True Blooms celebrate others success, remain respectful and stay humble.
If you cannot behave and choose to act like a toxic Bloom, please get a life pls. lang
Please, don't become the very person you claim to hate. If you can't support other's success then atleast don't try to ruin it for everyone else. Let the others celebrate and enjoy their moment. Don't let jealousy turn you into the very villain you used to warn everyone about.
who would've thought these incredibly talented peeps would make it on the international stage? 🥹
PATULOY NIYONG IBANDERA ANG PILIPINAS, #SBINI19 !! 🇵🇭
@SB19Official@BINI_ph
Focus tayo sa Signals World Tour at upcoming BiniSonic.
What an unforgettable experience! We hope we made an impact, and we're beyond proud to represent the Philippines at Lollapalooza. Maraming salamat 🤘🏻

The Recording Academy's new Best Asian Pop category is under the spotlight after @bts_bighit opted out of Grammy submissions.
Industry insiders say other K-pop agencies remain cautious about submitting, with @BLACKPINK and @Stray_Kids viewed as leading contenders due to their strong US market presence and industry networks. Philippine girl group @BINI_ph is also emerging as a potential candidate.
The Grammy submission deadline is Aug. 21.
