@cherylmarsh88 Nah sadly not just told us to submit a help request through ticketmaster then was told that we should expect the tickets to be ready to print within 24 hours of the gig

@TicketmasterCS Hey there, I purchased two tickets for Jimmy Eat World at the Manchester Academy on the 5th July. I received an email to say that the tickets should be printed at home, but they are not ready yet even though the gig is in two days. Can you help?
