The most important thing for me when creating is that I never limit myself.
A year ago, I spent two months at an art residency in Mexico without access to half of my usual tools. It didn’t hold me back. I created for 14 years without a Wacom, 23 years without 3D, and 27 years without AI. My process evolves naturally, guided by curiosity and vision, not by outside expectations. Even if I were stranded on a deserted island, I would still find a way to create.
Since childhood, I have explored every technique that sparked my interest, always pushing myself to learn. It took time, effort, and experimentation to shape me into the artist I am today. Every skill stays with you, even the ones you never expect to use again, often proving valuable in unexpected ways.
My craft isn’t defined by what I use to create, nor is it just about visuals or storytelling. Every piece I create is a glimpse into my inner world. What you see is not just my expression, but also a reflection of who you are and what you feel.
Art connects not because we experience the same, but because we relate through our own lens. What I express and what you feel may be different, yet in that moment, they exist together.
Good morning.
"Textures" was an exploration into the importance of textures and materials in an artwork. Same base model, same lighting, 4 different royalty free stock photos from Pexels used as driving force for the materials - 4 drastically different results.
