@JagexSupport Made a GIM with roommate and friends a couple years back. Roommate made new emails and accounts for us to get us started. I moved away and we don't talk anymore. I added the account he made to my jagex acc. I didn't dawn on me until now. Worried about my jagex acc.

@JagexSupport #osrs I was trying to upgrade my main character to jagex account. Somehow ended up making a fresh jagex account and it has a "no name set" fresh character on it. I wanted the jagex account to just be my upgraded main character. Is there anyway you could remove it?

@EAHelp I am having trouble resetting my Origin account password because I don't get the required email to reset it and I can't sign into support because I don't receive the email. I can't find live support anywhere so this is the next best thing.

@JagexAsh Do you think it is possible to add in some feature that allows you to break apart your infernal tools? Allowing you to receive the tool itself back without the crystal? I have made the crystal tools and I am stuck with the infernal tools as well.
