I don't believe romance has to be expensive. I believe it has to be intentional. It's the thought, effort, and consistency behind the gesture that make someone feel truly loved.
Be slow. Follow your own rhythm. Not the trends. Wake up early. Breath. Connect with yourself. Get some sunlight. Listen to the birds. Go walking. Read thick books. Avoid people who drain you. Keep your life private. Stay away from drama. The world will call it boring. Let them. You do you. The things that give you calm. The things you find meaningful. We weren't designed for this constant hustle. We were meant for the ordinary. The little things that make us genuinely happy.
I’m very adamant about not having people around who repeatedly disrupt my nervous system through their lack of care, empathy, and consideration. Get away from me.
I saw a post on Reddit that said, “When you walk through a museum, you’re not just looking at art. You’re moving through centuries of people trying to explain love, grief, power, beauty, and belonging.” I don’t think I’ve ever seen a museum described so beautifully.
People who reach a high level of awareness become unsociable. Crowds drain them. Noise overwhelms them. Small talk feels like work. They chill different. A cozy room. Two people they trust. Good food. Music. Conversations that actually mean something. That’s where they feel alive. Depth over noise. Because for them... peace feels like home.
The urge to mute the noise, disappear without a word, walk until the world grows quiet, and leave every expectation behind. Not because you hate people, but because sometimes your soul craves the kind of silence that no conversation can ever give.
Study yourself. Your Patterns. Habits. Compulsions. Trauma. Anxieties. Insecurities. Addictions. Once you see them, the unconscious becomes conscious. And the moment you know what they are and how they control you, you awaken. You become unstoppable.
stop ignoring yourself. fix your posture. get a fresh hair cut. take care of your skin. drink water. eat food that gives you energy. get fit. stop looking sloppy. when you look good. you feel good. when you feel good. you do good. put in the effort. invest in yourself. it's good for your energy.
Happy 26th Anniversary my baby. I STILL love you more than my minuscule words could express. You gave me direction. Thank you forever.
