@SingaporeAir I would appreciate if you am an help me arrange a through checked baggage and a transit at Singapore without “entering” Singapore. Have submitted 2 help forms, earliest is on 22 February but got no reply.

@SingaporeAir and some said I cannot transit but to enter Singapore and recheck -in. Entering Singapore is not just going through the immigration but there are may rules to follow. If I was told that it is not possible I would not have booked my flights with SIN and Scoot.

@SingaporeAir and asked me to purchase the tickets separately and contact them again to link the bookings together . After doing so I contact again and the agents said they are unable to do so. Some said I can ask to tag through my luggage at Vancouver and it should be fine

@SingaporeAir I have a connecting flight with Scoot TR994 to Macau on 19 March. I have contacted your agents to assist me in reservation so SQ29 and TR904 can be issued as one itinerary. In this case I can transit Singapore. Your agents checked and said there is no pricing
