H. E @JDMahama was today accorded a ceremonial welcome at the Presidential Palace in Minsk, where he held bilateral talks with Aleksandr Lukashenko as part of his State Visit to Belarus. The engagements resulted in the signing of three Memoranda of Understanding to strengthen cooperation between Ghana and Belarus in trade, economic affairs, commerce, and agriculture.
