@PeterDClack I remember the value being 0.03% when at school in the late 80's, now it's 0.04%...that is a massive change in my life.
On the trace gas idea being insignificant, when you take 500mg of paracetamol, it is only a trace amount compared to your body but it has impact.

The so called rail fare freeze, was less than half of fares but never stopped Labour saying rail fares frozen, is being funded through taxation.

Hi @Se_Railway, with all the knock on problems from overrunning engineering works you seem to be cancelling the CHX to T Wells trains, mine at 17:15 is not yet cancelled but if it does can I use any other train to get home as I have an advance ticket for that train?
