I used to sit alone in a dark parking lot at the end of each night after coming home from a job I hated.
Reading to myself the life I wanted to live.
Not as a vision board. Not as a list of goals.
It was just words. Words I said until I could feel what they meant inside my body.
I wasn't trying to motivate myself.
I was trying to become someone different.
Somehow I knew deep down that the problem was not a lack of effort.
It was who I was being underneath the effort.
You don't get what you want. You get what feels normal to you.
And for a long time, struggle felt normal to me.
That changed when I stopped trying to fix myself and started practicing being the version of me that already had the solution.
I felt it in my body first. Just a hint.
And I thought "if I can feel this once, I can make it my permanent experience."
That's all I teach now.
Not motivation. Not discipline hacks.
The identity layer underneath all of it.
Welcome and thanks for being here.
Whether Brad was going to give him the million is besides the point.
Take this as a metaphor for life.
Everyday, life asks you what you want.
Most people respond with something similar to the waiter.
There’s no such thing as an obnoxious ask.
Ever.
@JM_speakss I would. But that’s because it’s not my goal to be 46 with no kids and no wife. If that was his goal then by his standards he is successful.
Brainwash yourself.

- Deliberate downloads into your brain only.
- Create folders specifically for mental states you wish to enter.
- Audio recordings and exalting & purposeful music.
- Linger in that feeling.
Enter your genius state.
Something I’ve noticed in Australia
Drivers do not give a flying fuck if an ambulance is coming down the road, sirens blaring and all.
What’s up with that?
