@JioCare That is the issue schedule visit was for 7th August which they did not meet and marked as user rescheduled and then your app did not even let me book another visit before 9th August so you guys clearly don’t understand the issue and there is no way to reach out to human

Pathetic service from @reliancejio regarding my jio fiber issue it’s been more than 24hr and still no engineer or technician came to visit and they keep on rescheduling it. Now they are saying no technician is available for tomorrow as well. So I have to wait 3days for service
