@pratikpota @EurekaForbes pls look into this as we are literally frustrated with ur team. We bought the machine in Jun 24. It's under warranty and for the past one month I have been calling so many ppl but with no solutions. Pls get it resolved in 24 hrs or replace the machine.

@EurekaForbes We lodged a complaint on 01 Dec 24 for our Forbes Smart Clean Robotic Vaccum with complaint no.051224-39030377. It's been almost a month n till date our problem is not resolved. We are getting multiple numbers to call but with no solution. Can anyone respond n solve
