@andreapike982 @VOCMNEWS I agree! I have even contacted those running in this election for their opinion on WFH long term. It was an eye opener for me. I know it's not for everyone, but it was for me. I want to see flexible work arrangements gauged by productivity going forward. Lots of pros imo!

employees working from home. Given the @CMOH_NL recommendation of "WFH where possible" we found out in the pandemic that many workers not only found it possible, but were equally or more productive. Would love further clarity.

@CMOH_NL again suggested that people work from home where possible. Many @GovNL employees had productive WFH setups earlier in the pandemic, so I'm curious as to what measures are being taken on that end, particularly with community spread rising.

Appreciate @KellyAnneNTV asking about gov work from home policy. Myself and many colleagues found that productivity stayed high and overall safer and happier. Was a disappointment to be brought back when it was working so well! Curious to see the plan going forward.
