@JustinUSA If she’s wrong, why is Syed ahead in every poll? Below are the last 5 polls from the realclearpolitics site. If Israel were a winning issue in MI, Rogers would be ahead. I do hope the polls are wrong and Rogers wins, but MKs analysis is consistent with the polling.
I work in IT for 36 years. Been a CIO, can do every job with expertise. My current employer is a Fortune 500 retailer with $8B revenues. In my regular meetings with 20 or more people, typically everyone is Indian except me. The whole IT department is at least 80% Indian. This is not statistically possible without a fraudulent basis.

@thefuzz247@Cyber_Trailer Approximately 540k full-size three-row SUVs which comfortably accommodate 6+ adults were sold in the U.S. in 2025. Below are top 10 such models for 2026. Tesla leaving a lot of money on the table by ignoring requests for SUV's.

You make some compelling points. Agreed, it’s essential to prevent Hal, Ava, STEM, Skynet, Ash, or Architect from ever being manifested into the real world. But employing reverse psychology on a computer program designed to impersonate human output is not the approach that will accomplish that goal. It is not the way AI works. Unfortunately X is not the place in which we can settle this debate.
@SequoiaMaple@DavidSacks@mustafasuleyman No. Anthropic is not interrupting the common story, they are amplifying and nudging in the most dangerous direction. Their approach maximizes the likelihood of the worst possible outcome.

@Justletmeread10@SecScottBessent All reasonable points. Would be fun to have a more extensive conversation about each of them. Probably not the best platform to do so. Probably better over a couple of beers.
@DanielDiMartino Yes but …. there are 8 billion people in the world outside the US. Taking the top 5% of the smartest people from those places is 400 million people which is more than the US population. Would you have all of them come here? What is your limiting principle?
Love your work.

I am a big fan of @SecScottBessent but unfortunately the numbers above will not ring true to readers which is a political problem.
I’m assuming they are correct technically. But let’s take electricity. He presented the current price in kWh, not the % change, which misses the root of political anger. Electric bills continue to skyrocket and Trump is not addressing it, not even rhetorically. The cost is frighteningly high compared to pre COVID. It’s forcing many middle class people to make hard personal choices.
The chart above shows YoY % change of residential electric bill costs averaged across 50 states. This is a big problem, and the republicans pretend it doesn’t exist, leaving a massive vacuum to be filled by democrats.
