My go-to method for overcoming study burnout:
Taking a 15-20 minute nap.
At first, I get hesitant because it feels like a waste of time.
But after that, I wake up with much more energy.
Then I find myself more focused for the next 4 hours.
Give it a try!

But those who hope in the LORD will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint. Isaiah 40:31
Don’t pursue med just for the clout, kasi if you do, kahit anong gawin mo, isusuka at isusuka ka ng med kahit saang school ka pa pumasok. 🫢 it has to be your 100% passion, wala dapat syang kaagaw 🤷🏻♀️ kasi kung hindi, wag mo na ituloy.
