@AmericanAir I was stuck in the airport almost 10 hours! I thought gates didn't close until 15 minutes before? Me and 9 others were told "boarding is closed". 8 of the 10 had checked bags on the plane THAT WE COULD NOT GET ON!

You would think customer service in the airline industry would be a priority coming out of the COVID travel lull, but it isn't to @AmericanAir. Massively disappointed American Airlines. Do better.
