I remember when @Xerox had great customer service. My new printer came with toner that wasn't full. 6 phone calls and hours later, still no resolution. Shouldn't it be easy to send replacement toner?
Can anyone explain why @Costco hasn't had large organic eggs in several months? The Gaithersburg #CX said it's a corporate decision. Is this a short or long term issue?
Pro Tip: When you create a bad #CustomerService experience, you can make a remarkable recovery OR, you can make a bad situation worse like @AmericanAir just did. They should invest in education with @thejoeycoleman or @jaybaer

@HilzFuld We too often think this battle of lies can be corrected with the truth. You are correct that those who spew lies don't care about the truth. They hope that if they say something enough, lazy people will believe it.
Great insight, @BobBurg. I similarly don't think this should be partisan. From what had been exposed, it seems there are abuses in spending.
To your point, tax dollars should be spent responsibly. If they can eliminate waste, reduce our deficit, and put better controls and transparency in place, everyone benefits.
With demand for employees so high, I'm hopeful that those who take the deal to resign will find private sector jobs they find financially and professionally rewarding.
I was considering switching to @AmericanAir - not now. Canceled flight claiming weather. Other airlines are fine. They wouldn't switch to another carrier to get home. They'd rather spend more and piss of the customer than move the ticket. Horrible #cx
What's up @AmericanAir ? You chose to use the original inbound aircraft for a different flight. I'm guessing this flight won't depart BEFORE the inbound flight arrives.
The saddest part of this is reading responses from those who are clueless about economics. As someone with a degree in quantitative economics, I can assure you that Alex is spot on. Roughly 160 million file taxes. Of those, the top half pay 97% of all federal taxes. So, let's call it 80 million. The CBO says the administration's debt "cancelation" will cost roughly $1.2 trillion or roughly $16k per tax payer. Yes, the plumber who bought and paid for their tools and work truck is going to pay for the student loan that someone else took out and didn't pay back.
If you have financial need, you can go to college in the US for free. This handout is an attempt to buy votes from those who didn't have financial need, and are simply irresponsible... all at the expense of those who are responsible. It's a perfect example of socialism... and it's why socialism has never been successful in all of human history.
@HilzFuld I see your photos and it fills me with pride for you and your family. May Hashem watch over him. The open antisemitism in the comments is Shameful.
