It simply came down to this, Allegiant let me on the flight but refused to serve my friends. It was not okay. I felt not ok getting on that flight by myself. Not ok with any of it. 9/10

The yelling, sarcasm, rudeness, all unnecessary. Our flight took off and landed EARLY with all passengers but two. Later I found out that they were straight out bitchy to my other passengers who were trying to reschedule ASAP and figure out exactly why they couldn’t fly now. 8/10

Worse than that is how inhuman we were treated. I heard sarcasm “dOnT hUrRY, TaKe YoUr TiMe���, and shouting GO! NOW! RUN!. The security check in Fargo is maybe 30 FEET from the terminal, calm down we still have at least 20 minutes till takeoff. 7/10

First of all that’s ridiculous Fargo when you have all that staff and 2 passengers for 30 minutes. 6/10

There were literately just us 3, 2 still needed a check-in, no baggage. She saw us and stopped, said they close checkin 45 minutes before takeoff and that’s that. She left. No one at Allegiant would help, no baggage, 30 minutes to takeoff. 5/10

They called a supervisor to help, they said they would be able to get them checked in. We still had 30 minutes to takeoff. 4/10

Nobody at check-in so we had to go to security to find how to get a boarding pass but nobody would help. I had already checked in, my 2 other passengers still needed their boarding passes. 3/10

This is a small town airport where we are literately the only 3 passengers in the whole airport at 10pm for the only flight of the evening. We arrived 30 minutes prior to our flight and the whole airport is empty, everyone has already boarded, still 30 minutes early. 2/10
