@Grubhub@Grubhub_Care Allow me to describe my evening so far. Roughly 6:45pm I order dinner. It doesn't arrive, but is marked as delivered. I deal with customer service who kindly reorders. Then this order is delayed.
This order is now set to arrive between 8:50 and 9:05 PM. I contacted customer service again and they offered me a $10 credit on a nearly $50 order. I wanted a full refund. Food scheduled to arrive over two hours after the original order is unsatisfactory.
