Ian Fletcher

Head of Values @BBC. Former Head of Deliverance @London2012. I tweet my own views, so basically that's all good.

[Ian Fletcher @IanFletcherBBC]

I asked my intern Will to post a tweet for me and he did. So it's all good basically.

In case you missed my official statement on #W1A's return... #TGIF http://t.co/0zlBhYaOWK

@IanFletcherBBC I'm the only Cornishman in the whole BBC team in Ukraine. I feel under-represented and infringed. Please limit damage.

[Ian Fletcher @IanFletcherBBC]

"@BBCRadio4: Cornish people will be granted minority status under European rules: http://t.co/8BU0yvksOl" So that's all good then.

[Ian Fletcher @IanFletcherBBC]

What makes you proud to be English? #HappyStGeorgesDay

[Ian Fletcher @IanFletcherBBC]

If anyone sees a tall, confused young man moving through NBH on a bright orange bike, please return him to my creative clearing right away.

[Ian Fletcher @IanFletcherBBC]

@madelinep I should hope I still have my job (if not my original salary).

[Ian Fletcher @IanFletcherBBC]

"@ROADRAGEDUDE: Dear @BBCTwo, Please recommission W1A for another series." Yes, absolutely - I will be speaking to Tony about this.

[Ian Fletcher @IanFletcherBBC]

No organisation values the idea of valuing values more than the BBC. That is true. #W1A

[Ian Fletcher @IanFletcherBBC]

Why does @BBCiPlayer keep recommending me #TheTripToItaly? Presumably unintentionally, but a bit cruel nonetheless.

[Ian Fletcher @IanFletcherBBC]

#kneesnight

[Ian Fletcher @IanFletcherBBC]

@hannykha If you ever do recall that idea, pitch it to my colleague Lucy Freeman. She needs more quality scripts.

[Ian Fletcher @IanFletcherBBC]

@LucyGannon2 No, well, I don't think Tony H would be very pleased about this.

[Ian Fletcher @IanFletcherBBC]

Obviously I will not be disclosing what I earn - I'm sorry. #W1A

[Ian Fletcher @IanFletcherBBC]

What is your one word to describe the BBC? Whatever comes into your head. Smells included. #W1A

[Ian Fletcher @IanFletcherBBC]

@BBCTwo Yes, no, but from a values point of view, I'm not entirely sure publishing private emails is a wise idea.

[Ian Fletcher @IanFletcherBBC]

Apparently I also fix churches now. So that's all good. #Rev #AprilFoolsDay http://t.co/oIT02zzodr

[Ian Fletcher @IanFletcherBBC]

@vickipepperdine Well, yes, exactly.

[Ian Fletcher @IanFletcherBBC]

"@christophwoaar: but WHY is no-one talking about Sally?! #W1A" They most certainly are talking about Sally - hence 'Wingategate'.
