@SkyHelpTeam can I ask why the Sky Go if using Sky Stream, why can’t bookmark shows? Also on the My Sky app, why can’t I get any of the offers, it says download a film, which I obviously can’t , I feel like it’s a total con, after 26 years it’s taking the piss

@premierinn if anyone else has been told that the early check-in is not valid or that they need to wait, could you contact me please, I’d like to see how many people are told the wrong thing.
@premierinn I would say to any other customer if the staff member treats you the same, claim a refund, the who person spoke to me was rude. Torquay is a disgrace, thank god my next stay is in Ealiing where the staff are polite and professional
@premierinn is it correct that paying for an early book in from 11am, does not mean you can book in from 11am? It means you can book in from 11am if the room is free, otherwise you have to wait till it becomes free, that can be 11.30am to 3pm depending on the previous guest?
@premierinn Thank you for getting back to me. I do feel a bit aggrieved that I had to wait 2 hours for the room, It sounded like the room was assigned to us, end of story. I’m sure they could have swapped for a room that had been cleaned.
@premierinn Well then why did I have to wait 2 hours for the room, your reply doesn’t make sense. What you have said contradicts what I was told before. We were told we had to wait for the previous guest late checkout before the room would be ready. We turned up at 11.30am.
@premierinn Yes it does thanks, I don’t think I’ll use that facility again, seem massively flawed system. Doesn’t seem logical if you have 50-80 rooms, not everyone books in early, you would then balance which room could go to which guests?
@FirstBusUK why is there no way to complain, this is mad. I totally understand why you don’t want complaints, makes you look good, but as a customer it’s not good, please be more transparent.
@FirstBusUK why did the 14.55 X9 not stop at the C9 stop on the Centre? I waved for it to stop but it just sailed past, there was loads of spaces. This is not the first time this has happened at this stop, it’s become a regular occurrence.
@FirstBusUK please stop sending drives that only drive in cities into the countryside, they are clueless and a danger to all, plus a nightmare being a customer with them, you must have a system that can work this out? You will ask which route, maybe tell me the training they get
@FirstBSA It could have been the 12ish, but running a bit late. BTW it’s good to see that Nailsea is having a reduced bus service, pass my complements on to the shareholders 😂
@FirstBSA Once again, a bus failed to stop despite the bell being pressed, twice rang and the sign lighting up. This has happened twice this week, at least this time it was only one stop missed, unlike earlier in the wk when it took six stops before the driver finally pulled over
