@HMRCcustomers Thanks. We have tried that. How do you opt to actually speak to someone and not communicate on IVR? We need an officer to clarify if the returns have been submitted.

@HMRCcustomers We submitted returns for previous tax year in May. We usually receive a letter of confirmation form HMRC by Oct. To date we have not received a confirmation. What is the best way to contact an HRMC officer (pref email) to get confirmation that returns submitted?

@HMRCcustomers Greetings. I am a non resident tax payer. I am not a UK citizen and therefore do not have a National Insurance number, which is needed to submit on-line. Hence my wife and I as co-owners of a rental submit physical tax returns annually.
