@mikulaja Not sure how that answers my original response. Fee for service is the model generally used in medical care. You don’t get a refund for unsuccessful operations or treatments. Are you suggesting an alternative?

The reason? as a parent of a child with autism who had to get a private diagnosis years ago .... politicians just don’t care about our children! By the way once you get a diagnosis you still won’t be able to get the required supports! Ireland where not all children are equal!
