No other format creates the drama / opinion / Fallouts like Ashes Test cricket .. Can’t wait for Thursday .. Leeds will be lively .. What a series so far .. Never have we known an England team to be 2-0 down with so much support .. #Ashes
@BBCMorelle@Vic_Gill@Sophie_woodcock Nice article, although you might want to correct the opening paragraph, unless water has started flowing up hill, Swindale Beck doesnt go into Haweswater. It joins the Lowther, Earmont, Eden and eventually the sea at Bowness!
@spectator@marydejevsky The poor lady is dead due to the actions of this self entitled person, the unwitting driver is no doubt traumatised and you're moaning about cyclists??
You should be sacked for such appalling journalism.
@theJeremyVine@exposurelights if it is "one of the brightest on the market" it should only be mounted on the bike and pointing down at the road, or better still left at home until you're riding unlit roads / paths, instead of dazzling fellow cyclists on your urban cycling.
@theJeremyVine The point being what? Its not Germany or Singapore. peds free to cross whatever road they like at anytime, with care. Green man just means they shouldn't have to worry about any traffic coming through. Not an ASL either, but fine for you to filter with care.
@MikeyCycling err (I'm a cyclist) having just looked at their account its anti things making things difficult for the visually impaired, be that inconsiderate cyclists or motorists, poorly designed pavement infrastructure, pavement parking etc. It is a lot more balanced than your account.
@KonstantinKisin@theJeremyVine@waitrose@MetCycleCops@RoadPeace @AndyCoxDCS Completely agree. The police cyclists could do with some road craft training though, wobbling all over and dangerously close to the outside of their lane. Highway code rule 66 worth a read for them!
