@ColinandSamir you should take a look at "How MrBeast Changed Video Editor's Life!" by @SkiderYT , this video that got nearly 40k on a 3k subs account tells a compelling story that could be really interesting both in @thepublishpress & in the Podcast ✌🏻
i’m noticing more and more that my favorite internet videos are rarely “edited to the music” — rather, the melodies and beats are used like a score — brought in only when needed, music cut to the video almost
it’s a different way of thinking about editing for me
@ColinandSamir@moment I’ve been wanting to buy the course for months but never had the money. I just bought it and I’m literally on the verge crying while watching the introduction video for how happy and excited I am.
Perceived value $12000, thanks for this amazing offer
@codywanner Interesting, it shows you really don’t need to have more subscribers to make a lot more views and money, in some cases you might even need a smaller but more trusted audience
Try your best to make *new* mistakes daily. You don’t want to get stuck making the same old mistakes, and you don’t want to get stuck making no mistakes at all. Both are a sign of zero growth. New mistakes, everyday; That’s where you want to be.
@ColinandSamir@Casey Can we talk about the thumbnails? I think the fact that he’s always in them could be surely great for people and algorithms but that visual “me me look at me” game can easily create ego/mental health problem. I really wish it doesn’t happen to him
@Casey, I totally understand this thumbnails are what the @YouTube algorithm likes but please, PLEASE! Beware of this this “me, me, me” visual game not getting in the way of your mental health and ego cause it could.
Love ur vids, #keepitup
