@EatSleepRIDE so, you guys cancel the service. But then still charge people, and when we "hit reply" on the mail, like instructed in said mail, the mail bounces back.

I want a refund for the yearly subscription, that you took a few hours after you sent the email!

@Octotel_fibre you guys “activated” my line. The ONT doesn’t have a power adapter. When I use my own (correct voltage and current) then the lan port doesn’t even work. How the hell was my line checked after you supposedly activated it!?! B and you had the audacity to bill me…..

@Vodacom111 Yo, how do i speak to a human being, i am so sick of being spammed by "vodapay" and i cant opt out, because vodacom never sends me the verification text to get into the app!!!!!

Do i just stop using vodacom or is someone gonna help me? im sick of getting spammed!
