that the probe is focussing on a call made by IIT-B student Sahil at 2:30 PM. At that time the victim spoke to his girlfriend and told her: “Mujhse galti ho gayi hai.” He also said his earlier Thermodynamics paper had not gone well and that he was confused and under stress. She asked him to stay calm, be patient and focus on his next papers. Crucially, there was no mention of any caste-related conversation during the call. This was the girlfriend’s last phone call with him. He stopped taking her calls thereafter.

Myanmar Training camp case | US National Matthew Aaron Vandyke has moved an application seeking permission to travel to USA to meet his family.

Another application seeking permission to furnish cash bond in lieu of surety bond.

A report in sealed envelope from FRRO has been recieved in the Court. The matter related to the offences of Immigration and Foreigners Act has been compounded.

All the applications will be heard by the court at 2 PM.

The court has already granted him bail subject to furnishing a bail bond of Rs. One lakh and one surety bond of the same amount.

In this case 6 Ukrainian nationals are also in custody.

The NIA has already filed a charge sheet without invoking sections of UAPA. The agency has only invoked sections of Immigration and Foreigners Act.
