Postmodernist literature to racist language...the things you cover in a day of lang/lit.

[IBLANGLIT @IBLANGLIT]

So many different covers for Slaughterhouse Five; this is the newest one.

[IBLANGLIT @IBLANGLIT]

Starting Slaughterhouse-Five in DP2, DP1s are working on Paper 1s and racial profiling.

[IBLANGLIT @IBLANGLIT]

Sports Day today; the highlight, other than scoring, was the chats I had with my grade 12s!

[IBLANGLIT @IBLANGLIT]

FOAs finish tomorrow for grade 12s then starting Part 3 with Slaughterhouse 5.

[IBLANGLIT @IBLANGLIT]

Half way through FOAs. Enjoyed today's presentations as many focused on rhetoric; one of my favourite topics.

[IBLANGLIT @IBLANGLIT]

FOAs start Tuesday and Written task 2s are due on Monday. It's going to be a busy week.

[IBLANGLIT @IBLANGLIT]

A focus on Part 2 learning outcomes and FOA criteria in DP2, DP1 students got Written task 2 feedback today.

[IBLANGLIT @IBLANGLIT]

First day of 2014 included IOC results, FOA preparation and the start of Language and Power in DP1.

[IBLANGLIT @IBLANGLIT]

Happy New Year peeps! I hope all your wishes for 2014 come true.

[IBLANGLIT @IBLANGLIT]

Happy holidays to all my students!
