Yesterday, passengers whose flight could not take off were left stranded at the airport, and many had to sleep there.
What is shocking is that the AC was not turned on. Passengers were sweating heavily in the terminal, despite the heat and the difficult situation.
Is this how passengers should be treated at Mallam Aminu Kano International Airport? This is unacceptable.
I am appealing to the relevant authorities and leaders to please look into this matter. @FAAN_Official @NigeriaGov and other concerned authorities, please intervene.

Passengers deserve a comfortable and dignified environment, especially when flights are delayed or cancelled.
