@puntingseason @racingoncourse Of course he should. Where do you draw lines otherwise? The rules are the same for everyone and everyone knows the rules in advance. Apply the laws correctly. Grey areas lead to confusion and suspicion and open up the possibility of corruption.

The BHA need to remember they are there to apply rules not to pander to World Pool or to appease foreign trainers Ascot are desperate to attract. The same rules need to apply to everyone.

@RacingPost If he weighed in wrong he should be disqualified, simple. Makes you question what would've happened had it not been a Wesley Ward horse, a trainer they are desperate to attend the meeting? Racing has huge problems with the people supposed to be running it. There's a nasty smell.

@DarylCarter7 Bow Echo will be far better suited to the speedier test at Goodwood. Nothing went right today and he still won. If Gstaad re-opposes at Goodwood, Bow Echo will beat him easily.
