Don’t you dare blame Palestinians/Palestinian-Americans/Arabs/Arab-Americans. Here are some worthy targets for your ire (add your own below):
*Biden
*Harris
*genocide
*Bill Clinton/sending him to Michigan
*Ritchie Torres/sending him to Michigan
*Liz Cheney
*Courting Liz Cheney
*Netanyahu
*Biden not dropping out earlier
*not having a primary
*Matthew Miller
I remember when you looked me in my black face and claimed your brown children made you more vulnerable to a Trump presidency than I was. Here you are now, millions of dollars richer, after throwing my community under the bus, telling people to vote for a party currently genociding Muslims, & Christian Arabs, & anyone else in the way of a Jewish supremacist state.
You want Palestinians to be grandfathered in like Black Americans, the poor and working classes, and every other group who must suffer under the status quo so that you can get *decorum* in the White House. Your politics made Trump, not mine. And your willingness to lie about my 2016 influence when I was an anonymous lawyer with 500 followers at the time is confounding.
You are an independent journalist who has no obligation to carry water for the corporate Democratic Party and the (network that gave you the boot) but you still do so by choice. Meanwhile, some of us have only gotten bolder after being fired for telling the truth.
Perhaps the difference between us is that I didn’t leave the law & pursue politics for money. I left money to pursue my principles. I hope you can find where you lost yours someday.
Thinking about how rare it is to hear Dems make moral arguments. One exception is maybe abortion, where a "rights" based framework is used more than a science based one. Perhaps relatedly, it's one of their best issues.
Imagine if they embraced "healthcare is a human right."
‼️Kamala vs. The Black Left (w/ @blackleftaf)‼️
"If people want to vote for Kamala Harris, that's fine. It's the dishonesty. It's the way that folks feel that they have to attribute some accolades or some righteousness to a Kamala Harris presidency, as opposed to just saying: I'm scared, I'm scared & I hate Donald Trump & that's enough. But to misrecognize what her presidency would actually mean, & make it seem like there's some sort of progressivism or some sort of loophole or opportunities for the left to organize it to me, simply, is ignoring reality currently up to & including the brutalization of thousands of students under a Biden presidency, who are still facing suspension, expulsion, criminal charge, deportation."

There's a political reorganization happening along class lines. Dems are becoming the party of college educated elites. Republicans are increasingly attracting working class voters despite their corporate orientation. The time is ripe for a genuine working class party.
@GreenPartyUS
The guy you endorsed, and the woman you subsequently endorsed when she was coronated in his stead, are the ones enabling this.
If you think "we must act," why not start by conditioning your support on them "acting"? Why should they listen to you when your support is unconditional?
This suggests that AOC is feeling the backlash from saying at the DNC that Kamala is working "tirelessly" for a ceasefire.
Many of AOC's critics will consider this tweet insufficient since she had a primetime platform to tell the truth about the Biden/Harris administrations complicity in genocide.
Today, Ilhan Omar said "to witness my colleagues in this administration refusing to recognize the genocidal war that is taking place in Gaza...working tirelessly for a ceasefire, is really not a thing, & they should be ashamed of themselves."
"Muslim Women for Harris-Walz" is disbanding over the DNC's refusal to allow a Palestinian-American on stage.
They write: "The family of the Israeli Hostage that was on the stage tonight, has shown more empathy towards Palestinian Americans and Palestinians, than our candidate or the DNC has."
Biden should’ve been forced out bc he underwrote a genocide. Instead, donors forced him out after a bad debate. That tells you everything about the party’s priorities & who they’ll pick to replace him. This is an incredible opportunity to invest in third party alternatives.
Their open antipathy for Biden was pretty incredible to listen to on the last ep. Like, they're mad mad at being unfairly targeted by the White House for stating the obvious.
I hope this is a learning moment for them since they've behaved similarly toward leftists.
