I tried again by recreating a file and opening it both in Snaptoon and in the Windows viewer. The textures display correctly in the Windows viewer, but not in Snaptoon.

@sa0pmDe640BQQtm When I export the 3D background as a .GLTF file from Live Home 3D Pro, Snaptoon does not recognize the file (it is impossible to import).

I have tried renaming the texture files, but my knowledge is limited beyond that. Do you have any suggestions?
