[Ascend @AscendLaunch]

There’s a lot of discussion around KNTQ today, so we want to make our position clear.

Ascend is fully aligned with @Kinetiq_xyz for the long term.

That alignment goes beyond words. We recently committed 50% of Ascend’s net protocol revenue to purchasing kinetiq:native because Kinetiq is core infrastructure for the ecosystem we’re building on.

As Ascend grows, we want KNTQ to benefit directly from that growth.

We’re going to continue working to do our part to make sure the projects foundational to Hyperliquid's onchain ecosystem have sustainable support behind them.

Ascend to Elysium.

Elysium provides the infrastructure.
Ascend builds the launch & token lifecycle layer.
Kinetiq provides the kHYPE/KNTQ economic layer.

Ascend tokenomics update

Buybacks are moving from 90% HYPE / 10% KNTQ to 50% HYPE / 50% KNTQ.

@Kinetiq_xyz is core to how we're building on Hyperliquid. Our fee loop should reflect that. We're doubling down on the teams building Hyperliquid's foundation.

Of the KNTQ purchased, 60% will be burned, 20% will deepen kHYPE/KNTQ liquidity, and 20% will fund the Ascend points program.

The points program will run across multiple seasons to incentivize sustained activity on Ascend. Participation will be tracked through user profiles, with criteria including staking TVL, trading volume on Ascend, and ecosystem tokens held.

This AIP reflects the allocation we believe will create the most long term value for Ascend and the ecosystem growing on @Enter_Elysium.

Builders. Enter Elysium.

[Vikingo.hl @VikingoDigital_]

Hyperliquid closed September with $55.8M in revenue, equivalent to around 626K $HYPE burned.

$HYPE buybacks funded by Circle revenue start on October 3, with around $15M in buybacks from the first interval.

With another month similar to September, $HYPE could see around $70M in total buy pressure in October.

Uptober has historically been one of the strongest months for crypto and TradFi.

Time to see $100 $HYPE.
