यह प्रशिक्षण भारत सरकार के क्षमता निर्माण आयोग (CBC) के द्वारा अनुमोदित है। इसमें कर्मचारियों/ अधिकारियों को कैसे सिटी���न केन्द्रित विकास की संस्कृति लानी है, कैसे अपने कार्य एवं व्यवहार में नैतिकता का समावेश करना है, सम्मिलित है।

इस प्रशिक्षण में प्रदेश के विशेष सचिव, निदेशक, प्रबंधन निदेशक या इस स्तर के 40 अधिकारी भाग ले रहे हैं। उद्घाटन सत्र में भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा के 2022 बैच के परिवीक्षाधीन अधिकारी भी भाग ले रहे थे।

आज उत्तर प्रदेश प्रशासनिक अकादमी, लखनऊ में IC Centre for Governance (ICCfG) के सौजन्य से 'कर्मचारी से कर्मयोगी' विषय पर 05 दिवसीय प्रशिक्षण प्रारम्भ किया गया। इसके उद्घाटन सत्र में भाग लेने का मुझे सुअवसर प्राप्त हुआ।
