Hero shouldn't be on minor nerf: Cap, Emma , Jean , Thor ,

Hero should be on minor nerf is : White fox ( less healing from melee form ), Winter solider ( nerf the hook distance), Punisher ( Nerf shotgun ) and Star Lord
