In our last session, my therapist said “HURT PEOPLE HURT PEOPLE”.

I stayed silent for 2 good mn. though I’m familiar with the quote, it hit different this time & unlocked a new level of understanding, empathy, shock & awareness.

Therapy is pilling off 35 years of trauma.

I can’t imagine how single mothers are navigating life through Covid. How do you work from home, being a mom at home, teaching your child at home, can’t have your friends visit your home and your BD is not nowhere to be found, emotionally and financially! Wow

You have to work for your relationship but your relationship doesn’t have to work you out. Choose your peace and sanity.
