At #IndiaMedicalDevice2026, Union Health Minister Shri J.P. Nadda chaired a CEO Roundtable at Vigyan Bhawan, bringing together 40+ global & domestic MedTech leaders and senior policymakers to deliberate on innovation, investment, domestic manufacturing and India’s global MedTech footprint.

The Roundtable was attended by Smt. Punya Salila Srivastava, Secretary, Department of Health & Family Welfare; Shri Manoj Joshi, Secretary, Department of Pharmaceuticals; Dr. Rajiv Bahl, Secretary, Department of Health Research & DG, ICMR; and Shri Amardeep Singh Bhatia, Secretary, DPIIT, among others.

The discussions reaffirmed the commitment to building a stronger, innovative and globally competitive medical device ecosystem in India.
