**Training to Transformation: Empowering the Next Generation of Faculty**

The National Council for Cooperative Training (NCCT), Ministry of Cooperation, Government of India, is organising a **Two-Day Orientation Programme for Newly Recruited Faculty Members** on 15–16 October 2026 at NCCT, New Delhi.

The programme aims to strengthen teaching capabilities, enhance professional skills and equip faculty members with the knowledge and approaches required to deliver effective, quality-oriented training in the cooperative sector.

Through learning, collaboration and professional development, the programme reinforces NCCT’s commitment to building capable faculty and stronger cooperative training institutions.
