@davidslosttt went digging through wikipedia, and biden was up +5 in july 2020 (48-43) from a Dallas Morning News/University of Texas at Tyler poll. not sure if they’re an A rated institution, but that seems to be the last time a dem got at least +5 in a texas poll!
