I called myself virtually to the floor congress since the survivors were deliberately ignored.
American MKUltra is not the same as what was done in Nazi Germany, even though Congress is trying to make you believe it was.
The U.S. military brought 1600 mad scientists here and not only gave them free access to our children, but paid and protected them.
Subsequently they perfected MK Ultra using children as their test subjects. American MK Ultra IS weaponized D.I.D.(Disassociative Identity Disorder), also known as Multiple Personality Disorder!!!
Congress refuses to speak to that!!! American MK Ultra trigger codes were programmed decades ago into Ally's programming as a child and I suspect many more survivors programming links directly to Congress and the presidency.
That begs the question....is Congress complicit in the American MK Ultra?
Who was funding the scientists?
Who brought them here?
Was Congress making slush funds for those scientists in exchange for access to the survivors MK codes?
American MK Ultra was designed with trigger codes. Survivors are walking hard drives of government secrets.
