We're a few days into this discovery on services that support rough sleepers. The people are committed, the learning curve is steep. Discovering and meeting needs in this context seems more important than ever.

This week we're beginning a hugely challenging discovery. We'll be working with a major government department, support and emergency services and people sleeping rough to get to the user needs that'll shape an important service.
