🚨 How the downed U.S. F-15E crew stayed hidden and connected behind enemy lines in Iran.

When the Strike Eagle was shot down, both crew members ejected. One was rescued quickly. The second — the weapons systems officer — evaded Iranian forces for nearly two days in hostile territory.

He didn’t rely on voice radio that could be easily tracked. Instead, he used the **CSEL** — the Combat Survivor Evader Locator.

Built by Boeing, this small, rugged device is attached to the pilot’s survival vest. It survives ejection and immediately provides secure communications.

Instead of talking, it sends short **encrypted data bursts** — location, status (“injured,” “evading,” etc.) — using frequency-hopping signals that are extremely difficult for enemies to detect or triangulate. It looks like background noise.

The CSEL links directly to military satellites, feeding real-time information to U.S. rescue teams while the airman stays silent and hidden.

Only when friendly forces are close does it switch to a mode that allows precise final guidance for the extraction team.

Thanks to this technology — and the incredible training of our pilots — even deep behind enemy lines, our warriors aren’t alone. They’re connected to the full power of the U.S. military rescue network.

Cameroonians tried. They went to the polls and voted Biya out of office by overwhelming numbers last October.

After Biya stole the election, Cameroonians took to the streets. Dozens were killed, thousands arrested and are still in prison today. One main opposition leader died while in custody. The winner of the election is in exile in Gambia.

This constitutional change was introduced on a holiday, voted on the next day, by a parliament whose terms expired last year. Of the 380 eligible legislators, only 222 actually voted. (200 in favor - 52.6%). Meaning many many legislators simply didn’t show up.

Biya has changed the Constitution so many times, whenever it suited him, that it no longer means anything. He has turned it into a simple tool for keeping power.

Or, cette lâcheté collective continue avec la gestion des stocks pétroliers, les 800 millions piqués au fonds d’épargne des Français ou cette étrange plus-value de 13 milliards sur l’or de la Banque de France qui pose pourtant tant de questions sans réponse.
