@cz_binance@fuserleer Depends on your understanding of how you define 'we'
Can be examine based from your own intention and motif of using it.
Just like when you use BSC name yet the chain is BNB. Its deceiving right?
@benjaminion_xyz I'm hoping we can see a robust decentralized financial system, a robust ENS ecosystem with all sorts of ZK attestations (this covers "identity"), DAOs controlling serious amounts of capital and deploying them to do really useful things beyond the crypto space...
If you make a coin, don't keep the supply for yourself and "intend" to give it later. Just issue half straight to GiveWell or OpenPhil or whoever. Don't insert your own friggin fund in the middle, just give it to them.
Much like credible neutrality, try credible benevolence!
"Be willing to make big crazy bets, and keep accumulating wealth because you tell yourself you'll donate it later" convex-maxxing makes sense if you only think about the money, but it becomes a lot murkier once you take into account social capital.

@RuggedWojak It's only Fabric. Only 1 layer of CIC at all using Hyperledger. Well, Fabric really has Gossips and UTXO, it's given to it's system nothing new to it. 🤣
Another maybe-controversial take of mine is that I don't think we should be enthusiastically pursuing large institutional capital at full speed. I'm actually kinda happy a lot of the ETFs are getting delayed. The ecosystem needs time to mature before we get even more attention.
Beware the impulse to preach that "we must make sacrifices for the sake of peace" but suggest only sacrifices where other people are the ones sacrificing while you give up nothing.
@nicki19111 @RickyM_85 @CICchain It's pow ( not climate change friendly) also- it is not fast, its finality takes 10 seconds + 1 = 11 seconds, it is slow. CIC is only 5 sec and Fault tolerant, Kaspa is not fault tolerant.
