We might have won at the Virginia Supreme Court but make no mistake — this fight is far from over.
Governor "Bait & Switch" Spanberger, Louise Lucas, Don Scott, and the rest of the Richmond Democrats are still advancing an agenda that threatens Virginia families, small businesses, and communities across our Commonwealth.
They are not done. And neither are we.
That's why today I'm launching Commonwealth Comeback — a new state PAC built from the ground up to fight back.
Commonwealth Comeback is different. Every dollar raised goes directly to:
- Strengthening conservative grassroots networks in EVERY community
- Recruiting, training, and supporting conservative candidates at every level
- Taking on the tough fights and defeating far-left candidates
NO salaries. NO consultants. NO TV ads. Just direct financial investments into the grassroots conservative movement that will win Virginia back.
Virginia's best days are ahead — but only if we're willing to fight for them.
The comeback starts now. I hope you'll join me.

My fellow Virginians,
It has been the honor of my life to serve as your 48th Attorney General.
Virginia's safety has always been my mission - and my reverence for the rule of law is deeply personal.
Only in America could the son of a Cuban refugee become a state delegate, then rise to become the highest-ranking Latino official and Attorney General in Virginia's history. I carry with me my family's story from Cuba and the lessons my Uncle Ángel taught me about what it means to live in a nation of laws, not of men.
Some of my proudest moments as AG were welcoming new Americans at naturalization ceremonies, remembering my own mother asking me to teach her our Pledge of Allegiance before she took her oath. Sixty years ago, a 19-year-old girl, scared and alone, boarded a plane with nothing but hope. Mamita, thank you for always being my North Star.
From the outset, we made public safety our top priority. We cut murders by 30% with the help of Operation Ceasefire, drove the largest drop in addiction deaths in America, took enough fentanyl off our streets to save millions of lives, and never wavered in our support for the men and women in uniform.
I want to thank my wife, Page, my three beautiful daughters, and my mom, Miriam, for their love and sacrifice. To all of my team, staff, allies, and supporters like all of you - I'm truly blessed to have you by my side.
Until my last day in office, ensuring your family's safety will remain my highest priority. I don't yet know what my next chapter holds, but I know that my story isn't over. This isn't goodbye — it's see you later. I will always fight for Virginia, no matter what role I serve in.
I wish Jay Jones the very best in this new role — because Virginians deserve the best. We need an Attorney General who wakes up every day focused on keeping Virginians safe, and it is my sincere hope that he does just that.
Please join me in praying for Jay Jones' wisdom and guidance as he takes on this sacred responsibility. And always remember, we are fellow Americans before we are political opponents.
Elections are like pendulums. It will swing back — it always does.
See you on the trail ahead.
With Eternal Gratitude,
Jason S. Miyares, 48th Attorney General of the Commonwealth of Virginia
The Virginia Way has always put people ahead of politics — and it's on the ballot this year in a serious way.
I trust Virginians to make the right call and show the nation how we are better than the times. https://t.co/dtqi2yXrAh

For four years, I have stood with law enforcement, protected our kids, and fought to make our communities safer, while working to undo the damage caused by bad policies pushed by the far-left that protected convicts more than victims.

I am running for re-election as Attorney General.
As Attorney General, I’ve deployed every tool available to keep Virginians safe and violent criminals off our streets.
We are not going back to the failed policies of the past; our families' safety and Virginia's future depends on it.
Folks, we have 8 hours left! We represent hope, opportunity, good jobs, low taxes, law enforcement, better education, parental rights and plain old common sense. Let’s go win!
Yesterday, I announced the 100% Business Alliance Against Trafficking, a new workforce training resource for businesses to educate their employees on how to recognize possible signs of trafficking.

Anti-human trafficking nonprofit leaders, survivors, and bipartisan government leaders from across Virginia united in an evening of prayer to mark the start of Virginia’s first ever Human Trafficking Call to Action Summit.
I look forward to the protective discussions to come to support new solutions for fighting human trafficking.
This National Recovery Month, I’m here to remind everyone that mistakes do not define your life. If you are battling addiction, the bravest thing you can do is ask for help. Recovery is possible for every Virginian.
