you are a joke @BestBuy ! Nobody bother investing in Best Buy total tech because after a technician has come out a week later I’ve spent 2.5 hours on the phone and been transferred 6 times with absolutely NO HELP! It obviously isn’t worth it to have the total tech membership.

@JPod279@BestBuy They’re in my dms w/some more bull. So 3hrs on the phone with 9 Customer service reps. 2 chat sessions. And a dm interaction on twitter.. and I am not any closer to the problem being solved. It’s unreal actually. Bought a whole new kitchen suite from them to be treated horrible!
Update… hour 3… 9 customer service representatives. This number directly to total tech… and still absolutely no help. I’m not any closer then when I called 2 weeks ago. So I still stand by not wasting your money on @BestBuy total tech.
15min shy of 3 hours on the phone with @BestBuy and they’re telling me they don’t see the purchase for the product they sent a technician to my house to work on 6 days ago😂😂😂 I feel like I’m in the twilight zone. This is pathetic.
@Tyler_DO0d@BestBuy An absolute shit show! I’m so frustrated! I’ve called about my oven. The technician showed up thinking it was my washing machine. & so far today I’ve had cs people listen to my whole story and then say so it’s your “microwave” no. Your “dishwasher” no. Your “stove” no. It’s wild.
