YDKN representing Yadkin Inc. has been launched on @base and is being distributed to holders of OUTSYDE for a swap based on percentages.

For example, if you own 1% of OUTSYDE then you can swap for 0.666667% of supply of Yadkin.

Distribution is being completed in stages and all holders will have until 9-30-25 at 4pm EST to elect to swap if they choose.

Any holder of OUTSYDE can choose to remain a holder of OUTSYDE but there will be no additional opportunities to swap after 9-30-25.

Yadkin, Inc. will be solely focused on scaling and building YDKIN on BASE including growing liquidity on BASE but will be acquiring OUTSYDE and all additional assets across multiple chains over the next 24-36 months for a complete rollup into YDKN.

Yadkin Inc. will work with @Idle_Hostility to mass distribute YDKN to all holders of OUTSYDE that elect to swap.

Yadkin, Inc. and Yadkin River DAO LLC maintain the right to revise any portion of the enclosed plan without notification.
