@snwkura @Crystalwavs Really mid queen of heart design. For a design so commonly used in media you cannot get away with making a god-like character with that design and not being breathtaking (mainly bc of the hoyoverse curse among many things: split hair, detached sleeves, etc.)

Yes mualani still can miss and neuvi is generally better for AoE, but Mualani is undoubdtedly stronger, she is the newer character so it only makes sense, but neuvi is still great!

@TitaevRamadan @explaninglilnax Both have great 4* weapon options (protoype amber, widsith etc) at c0 mualani is still stronger since shes a newer character, but shes a lot harder to play and her team building is limited. Mualani is stronger but go for whoever you like more!

Then again, Mualani is stronger, she has a stronger c1 and shes just newer lol. Lets just appreciate how versatile neuvillette can be for teams and how easy to use he is
