Per understanding, it's taking 20-30 minutes to upload individual Annapurna Yojana forms into the Server. Its being done by Govt officials entirely as BJP in its policy for ruling has disallowed political workers in govt offices further. This is the bunch lying currently, we can't help in this. Schemes like Annapurna Yojana are case sensitive matters. No point on any excuses, BJP will have to fix it. This is generally handled by GoWB officials fully. Respective Ministers ought run a check on why such chaos. Even for rejected Applications, a proper reason should be cited

₹3000 is not the issue. When one will get, another will not, they'll start gossiping & it strikes of the feeling of being left out & being betrayed. BJP supporters equally don't deserve the harassment. The ₹3000 X 12 X 5 — ₹180,000 is the promised amount of the full tenure. You can say wait till next month but people won't listen. Its now ₹6000 shortfall for many & people are becoming frustrated. This emotional aspect of politics one has to understand instead of being hostile.

It was a great privilege to pay my humble tributes and participate in the commemorative events held across Kolkata today:
📍Paying floral tributes to his Statue at Red Road.
📍At BJP State Office; 6 Murlidhar Sen Lane.
📍 Mitra Institution in Bhabanipur, where Dr. Mukherjee was a Student more than a century ago.

We will always remain indebted to Dr. Mukherjee for his extraordinary vision and efforts, which led to the creation of West Bengal as a State of India, otherwise we would have been forced to live in 'the then East Pakistan' or modern day Bangladesh.

The Baruipur incident is highly tragic & unfortunate. CM Suvendu Adhikari has already assured their family of all required support from the Govt. But certain left activists has been trying to run a fake narrative that BJP's people are involved in this. That is not true. An individual from BJP infact has helped bring one of the accused to the police station who has been a sole eye witness. Provocative statements at this stage should be avoided.

Congratulations to all the Students who have taken admission in the Colleges, in the first phase, through the Centralised Admission Portal 2026–27.
I am glad to share that today, we have completed the first phase with 3,08,793 admissions, up from 2,57,429 in 2025–26. It is very encouraging that admission of Female Students increased by 26.45%, as compared to the previous academic session. Classes will begin on 7th July. Students who missed out are encouraged to participate in the second phase through the portal which will also commence from 7th July.

In Baruipur, the body of a minor girl was found in a pond.

A local mob lynched a man to death, suspecting his involvement in the girl’s death.

Locals blocked roads and railway tracks in protest.

CM Suvendu spoke to the victim’s family and assured them that justice would be served.

Four people have been arrested in case related to death of minor.

Minor's body has been sent for postmortem. The cause of the death and whether any sexual assault was committed on her would be known after the autopsy report.
