When we talk about preparing the next generation, we often focus on “who” we're mentoring.

Maybe we should spend a little more time thinking about *what* we're passing on.

Because people don't only inherit our advice. They inherit our values, our habits, our attitude to work

Are we really running a democracy or a monarchical democracy as a system of government? Very honest question please. What I see across the land is worrisome and it appears we may just have been hoodwinked. The sons and daughters of the who is who are carefully being planted.
