@SingaporeAir Thanks just managed check in, did approach staff who directed her to fast track line who then would not checkin anyone but business class, then approach second staff. What a cluster*uck you are all dealing with!

@SingaporeAir my child is currently at Heathrow T2 in a very long line to do luggage check in for sq305. She’s been in the line for nearly two hours. Should she leave the line and approach the check in cause it’s getting closer to the flight time. EXTREMELY stressful
