@White_China_304 Same NMA that said corpers weren't due paying members so they can't do anything on our behalf. Corp doctors went to NMA for help because the posting letters to our PPA's said State would pay us yet State wasn't paying so we worked full time for 19,600 for a year.

@firialfred Paediatrics and o&g? In those 2 departments there's usually anger in addition to the stress as a simple matter gets complicated because the patient isn't in charge of finances (decision making).

@benbadger19 @fueki_lee As at 2020, O&G in Nigeria used to be a Boys club. At least in the South, If as a female you carry your leg and enter there, they will frustrate your life till they send you packing.

@Nekie_neka This is common, I had to prepare for a work trip & went to buy chips from the house of the seller since I'd be leaving early, to my horror, 1st the sliced chips were soaked in artificial sweetner and they put nylon in the oil, apparently it's supposed to keep it from breaking.

@EmmaOkoreMD Have you ever come across people that gain weight when stressed & lose when rested? I'm not saying unhealthy habits should be affirmed, what I'm saying is, direct them to receive proper assessment & help. Believe me they know they're overweight & deal with it every minute.

@EmmaOkoreMD Our mentality of shaming or bullying people "for their own good". Shame them then what? We've not done investigations to find out underlying conditions, nor linked them to receive proper lifestyle/metabolic care. We'll only end up with bigger crisis like the contraception saga.

@Isiego_ That's how one we were about to discharge in the morning due to false labour entered toilet and passed 4 cytotec for herself. We were able to flush out 2. Aunty maintained her lie that she doesn't know how the tablets got there.
